EJAG Foods Private Limited ("EJAG Foods", "we", "us"), operator of the NOOLS brand website at www.nools.com, explains in this notice how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, or follow a link to an online store. This policy applies to this website; a third-party checkout has its own privacy notice.

1. Information we handle

Information you choose to provide. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, message, and other details you include. The contact form on this website prepares a message in your own email application; it does not submit the form contents to our website server.

Technical information. When you access the site, the hosting provider and network infrastructure may process IP addresses, request timestamps, requested pages, browser/device details, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website. We do not claim to identify every visitor.

Preferences. The site uses browser storage for your selected language and cookie-consent preferences. If you opt in, analytics and advertising providers may receive information about pages visited, interactions, approximate location inferred from IP address, browser/device identifiers and cookie identifiers, subject to their technologies and policies. Purchases. Order buttons may take you to a separately operated Shopify store. Checkout, payment, shipping and purchase information submitted there are governed by the store operator's applicable privacy notice. This NOOLS website does not collect card numbers.
